Yoga has the use of props into its yoga practice to enable us to access to the benefits of the postures no matter length of study, age, or physical condition. Props help everybody. Props are introduced from the beginning for students with specific physical limitations and gradually in regular classes to enhance personal understanding of a pose and its effects on mind and body. Props are also useful in gaining confidence in a pose and in your overall ability as a practitioner of Yoga.
